Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 500g beef steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Instructions
Step 1: Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.

Step 4: Add beef strips to the wok or pan and cook until browned.

Step 6: Mix the soy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl. Then, pour the mixture over the beef and broccoli.
Step 7: Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Step 8: Remove the stir-fry from heat and serve with steamed rice.
